My Mission: Helping You Live Well Outdoors
Hello, I’m Claire. My passion for gardening and the natural world began at an early age. I’ve always felt energised by the great outdoors, surrounded by plants, wildlife and changing seasons. With a creative streak I have designed and tended my own gardens over the years, sharing ideas and advice with family and friends.
Garden Design was a natural evolution, a way to combine my creativity, horticultural knowledge and genuine desire to help others enjoy their outdoor spaces. To make sure my advice is both creative and horticulturally sound, I completed the RHS Level 2 Certificate in Horticulture in 2022. In 2024 I graduated with distinction from the British Academy of Garden Design, gaining a Postgraduate Diploma in Garden Design.
My mission is to help you create a garden that works for you. One that looks good, but more importantly, feels right. A space that fits the way you live and invites you to spend time outdoors.
For over 25 years, I have worked as a registered nurse, where wellbeing, calm and thoughtful environments are central. That shapes how I design: gardens that help you rest, recharge and live well outdoors.

Planting Design
