About me
My Mission
Hello, I’m Claire. My passion for gardening and the natural world began at an early age. I’ve always felt energised by the great outdoors, surrounded by plants, wildlife and changing seasons. With a creative streak I have designed and tended my own gardens over the years, sharing ideas and advice with family and friends.
Garden Design was a natural evolution, a way to combine my creativity, horticultural knowledge and genuine desire to help others enjoy their outdoor spaces.
My mission is to help people create a garden space that works for them, a garden that doesn’t only look good – it feels right! One that enhances your lifestyle and the local environment.
My approach to garden design is shaped by over 25 years working as a registered nurse, where wellbeing, calm and thoughtful environments have always been central.
To ensure the advice I give is both creative and horticulturally sound, I completed the RHS Level 2 Certificate in Horticulture in 2022, and graduated with distinction from the British Academy of Garden Design in 2024, gaining a Postgraduate Diploma in Garden Design.
